Plastic Recycling

Specialized processing for PET and HDPE streams to support the circular economy.

Accepted Polymers

We focus on high-volume rigid plastics commonly found in commercial waste streams.

1

PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)

Clear or light blue tint bottles. Water, soft drinks, some food trays.

  • High Rebate Potential
  • Bottle-to-Bottle Grade
2

HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene)

Opaque milk bottles, detergent containers, shampoo bottles.

  • Durable Recylate
  • Pipe/Furniture Grade
High purity clear plastic flakes ready for remanufacturing
Final Product
99.9% Pure Flake

From Bottle to Resinn

Our goal is to produce arguably the highest quality rPET and rHDPE flake in the market. Through rigorous washing and optical sorting, we turn your waste bottles into a raw material that rivals virgin plastic.

  • Closed Loop: Your bottles can become bottles again.

  • Carbon Reduction: Using recycled flake saves up to 70% CO2 compared to virgin polymer.

Contamination Alert

We cannot accept PVC (#3), LDPE film/bags (#4), or PS/Styrofoam (#6) in these bins. These materials ruin the batch during the melting process.

Plastic FAQs

We require "rinse-clean" condition. Small amounts of residue are acceptable, but half-full bottles or food waste will be rejected as contamination.

We prefer separated streams (PET vs HDPE) as this maximizes rebate value. However, we can accept co-mingled loads for a sorting fee.

Caps and labels can remain on the bottles. Our processing line separates these materials (PP/PE) during the wash/float stage.
